By booking an appointment or using our services at BRJ Nail Bar, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before scheduling any service.

2. Appointment Policies

• Booking: Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person
• Cancellation: Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations
• Late Arrivals: Appointments may be shortened or rescheduled if you arrive more than 15 minutes late
• No-Shows: May result in a cancellation fee or requirement for pre-payment on future bookings

3. Health and Safety

• We maintain strict sanitation protocols for all equipment and work areas
• Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities
• We reserve the right to refuse service if there are visible signs of infection or contagious conditions
• All clients must wash hands before services

4. Service Guarantees

• We strive for 100% client satisfaction
• Please notify us within 48 hours of service completion if you experience any issues
• Touch-ups may be provided at our discretion within 7 days of original service
• Service fees are non-refundable but may be applied to future services

5. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are subject to change without notice
• Additional charges may apply for extra services or complex designs
• We accept cash and major credit cards
• Payment is required at the time of service

6. Client Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who:

• Exhibits inappropriate behavior
• Is under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Harasses staff or other clients
• Repeatedly violates our policies
