2. Service Guarantees
- Quality Assurance: All services are performed by licensed professionals using premium products
- Satisfaction Period: We offer a 48-hour satisfaction guarantee on all services
- Touch-ups: Free touch-ups are available within 7 days of service if there are any issues with our work
- Communication: Please communicate any concerns during or immediately after your service
3. Refund Conditions
Our refund policy includes the following conditions:
- Issues must be reported within 48 hours of service completion
- We reserve the right to attempt to fix any issues before issuing a refund
- Refunds are provided as service credit for future visits
- Cash refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Products purchased for home use (unless defective)
- Gift certificates and prepaid services
- No-show appointments or late cancellations
- Services modified at client's request during the appointment
5. Refund Process
To request a refund or report an issue:

- Provide details about your service and the issue
- Schedule a time to return for inspection if necessary
- Allow us the opportunity to correct any issues
6. Service Credits
- Service credits are valid for 6 months from issue date
- Credits can be applied to any service
- Credits are non-transferable
- No cash value for unused portions
